Biografia
Christopher Hemsworth (Melbourne, 11 de agosto de 1983) é um ator australiano. Famoso por interpretar o papel de Kim Hyde na novela Home and Away, se tornou mundialmente conhecido na pele do personagem e super-herói Thor no Universo Cinematográfico Marvel. Outros trabalhos em que teve destaque, Kevin no filme Caça-Fantasmas e o caçador Eric em Branca de Neve e o Caçador e O Caçador e a Rainha do Gelo. É irmão de Liam Hemsworth e Luke Hemsworth. Hemsworth nasceu e cresceu em Melbourne e depois se mudou com sua família para Phillip Island, localizada ao sul daquela cidade. Filho de Craig, consultor de serviços sociais, e Leonie, professora de inglês. Seus irmãos Luke e Liam Hemsworth também são atores e tiveram papeis recorrentes como Nathan Tyson e Josh Taylor em Vizinhos , respectivamente. Liam é mais conhecido por atuar em Jogos Vorazes, o Gale. Chris estudou no Colégio Heathmont em Melbourne. Chris estrelou Home and Away com Isabel Lucas, até junho de 2006. Em 2012 Chris contracenou com Kristen Stewart e Charlize Theron em Snow White and the Huntsman no papel do caçador.
